Return/Exchange Policy

We hope that you thoroughly enjoy your purchase from the JPII Big Red Store.  We will only accept even exchanges.  If you feel that you need a different size, we will exchange it for the size that is best for you. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.

Even Exchange Requirements:

• Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days of the order delivery/pickup date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
• Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be exchanged.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
